An illegal immigrant who killed two children in a hit-and-run accident is not only avoiding deportation from the United States, she won’t receive any prison time at all.
Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros, an illegal immigrant, recently had her immigration case dismissed, despite the fact that she was convicted of two felonies for a hit-and-run that resulted in the tragic deaths of two young girls.
On top of the fact that her case was dismissed—although the reason for dismissal and the judge’s name have not been released—Garcia-Cisneros received no prison time for her conviction, an example of how the immigration laws in the U.S. can often protect illegal immigrants more than legal U.S. citizens, according to Laura Ingraham. …

Before anyone gets all worked up, the kids were playing in the street burrowing in a leaf pile. Anyone remember raking leaves in Fall?
It was not deliberate, she didn’t even know the kids were in the pile of leaves.
I would go out of my way to avoid running over anything in the street, even if it looked innocuous, just because you never know if the is something in there that might damage a car. But, not everyone has that mentality, and I think the blame should be more on the parents for letting their kids play in the leaf pile. They should have told the kids to play in one in a yard, but letting them play in one in the street is just so dumb it is almost unbelievable.

Not to mention that this was a hit-and-run. There is never, ever any excuse for that. I think it’s time for you to step back and consider what Oregon has done to you.
And the penalty for playing in a pile of leaves is death? I know this case. The driver thought something was wrong and her boyfriend tried to clean up the under carriage of the car the next day. He got prison...she got probation. She was an amnesty kid...her boyfriend was not.

F*ck the illegal mexican invaders I’m beyond fed up with their imported culture, way of thinking, disregard for the law! As a Christian I know I shouldn’t be hateful towards other human beings but sometimes I will see some of them and give em the steely eye because to me they have come to symbolize so much that is wrong in this country.
Mexico was bad in early 70’s and it has gotten so much worse. There schools are just like ours...they brain wash the kids pretty darn good know. And their culture is rabid with corruption. And, worst of all, their culture has been reconfigured so that all the blame is our fault. No wonder that the immigrants coming over in droves are just claiming what is owed to them.They are owed nothing, but, the rat party is using them to further there own goals.
I noticed the communist agitation by the Mexican teachers’ unions this past year, and noted the similarity to our own (the foot soldiers of the Democratic Party).
