I question sending troops to Ukraine as totally futile. Putin will do what he wants— its just a matter of what he wants. We are no match for a real army. We are busy dismantling our officer corp and trying to get more homosexuals and girls in their place. Pray for peace.

Obama has brought us to the verge of collapse and getting into a money spending contest with Russia is right up Obama’s alley. After all, we wouldn’t be in this position if it weren’t for Obama in the first place.
Cameron is the one who is forming the COALITION OF THE WILLING.
Kerry is trying to take credit for it.
Remember, when Bush did it (same thing though, it wasn’t Bush that started it) Kerry was against it.
Kerry is going along with it because Obama wants him to. It’s all about appearance. The actual ‘support’ we are giving is half-ass and mostly ineffectual.

I have never seen the hatred so red hot as it was over that issue, the left was apoplectic, and was literally murdering us and bombing us in Europe as they directed their anti-Reagan hatred into terrorism.
We later learned what many of us suspicioned, some of the Russian sympathizers were being paid, as were the leaders and organizers, and much of the cries for leaving Russia alone and taking a passive approach to them, was being directed by KGB.
Now some of us are reliving those times right here at FR.
An exercise not entirely without unforeseen negative consequences.

Putin is the only person in this conflict who has openly threatened to conquer the Ukraine in two weeks and use nuclear weapons on anyone who gets in his way of doing so. Now if that isn’t someone who is determined to start a world war no matter what anyone else does to avoid one, then it doesn’t exist under any circumstances. Remove the Russian armed forces, including the Russian mercenaries and terrorists, from the sovereign territory of the Ukraine immediately. Then there can be no risk of world war.
I have no truck with Obama but right now our troops are bombing Isis - right? Are the British there? Now the Kurds are claiming that American troops are on the ground fighting. I have no idea if this is true but it is interesting.

How can someone be so ignorant as to think that the inadequate 766,000 Russian military is superior to the United States, and worse, the US, Germany, Great Britain, France, Poland, Czech Republic and 22 more NATO nations combined?
