I have the feeling Flavia is going to get into a lot of trouble for these remarks, which ignore the Fundamental Principle of Cultural Diversity:

These Islamic atrocities are just the tip of the iceberg. We now live in the age of internet & social media, news gets around & reaches across the world quickly. In the past, even in the 1980s that wasn’t possible. What IS savages have done, and there are many among them who are Europeans (iow white), is obviously not new anywhere islam raises its hideous head. These people mostly are the lowest of the low. Their termination should be viewed as the other humanitarian aid.
They’re not acts of inhumanity. They’re very human acts. They’re evil acts. To call them inhuman is to ignore evil.
Yes, the UN must let them know in the “strongest possible terms” that they are “vehemently opposed” to these actions.

YET the UN’s standing order is to surrender when challenged.

YOU MUST BE ARMED WITH YOUR OWN GUN. YOUR OWN AMMO.
PERIOD!
You can NEVER rely on ‘someone else’ (police, militias, armies, whatever) for your defense.
You may lose the fight, (DUH) but you can always take some with you.

I guess its better than nothing, but Flavia is a day late and a dollar short. This is pretty meaningless. Then ISIS will threaten the UN and they will withdraw.
