I’ve been working since 2008 with both hands tied behind my back and one eye blinded due to 0bamacare. I’m pretty sure that Doctors are not the ONLY ones suffering under this 0bamanation!

EVERY job is important; from the guy that does your dry cleaning, to the guy that runs your local grocery store to the gal that figures out your taxes.

Yes, 0bamacare hurts doctors, but it f*cks with us ALL, so who wins here? The biggest whiner? I think not.

Secondly, if you haven’t seen this coming, YOU are in charge of your HEALTH, your MONEY, your LIFE. Get your crazy-@ss some bankable SKILLS and you’ll be fine. Cut out the fat, the booze, the pills and the cigarettes. Take a WALK every day while you still can and NOT have to take your ‘papers’ with you!

The writing was on the wall after the close call with Hillary-care. It was only a matter of time before the stars lined up again, and they did for Obamacare.

I saw it back then, and made DAMN SURE that my kids did not get anywhere near that profession, and now they’re making more money, with less hassle, than doctors are making - not to mention virtually no debt.

Totally bummer that we had to toss away such a good system, but it was something that we had virtually no control over.

It's easy to think that when you've become a clerk that comes into the exam room, logs on to the terminal and start entering diagnoses before speaking to your patient. Twenty minute appointment, at least ten minutes of "data entry." It's a professional disgrace that you've allowed a bunch of bureaucrats and politicians to take over your practice.

Corrupt and foolish politicians have almost destroyed the practice of medicine in the US.

It’s very sad, it’s such an honorable profession. Many could aspire to the profession but few have the stamina and heart to do well in it.

I salute all the hard working physicians that give so very much to care for us all... what would we do without them!?

Most docs have taken in big cut in income...

They were used to the bigger bucks...Now their screwed like everyone else in the non-government private sector...

It’s just started.... Big pharma is on the chopping block too as soon as most of those in their late 70s and 80s are all gone...

Most of them had old America secure jobs, big pensions, investments and those great medical benefits and insurance from the past...

That all starts changing for big pharma in the next few years or so.

Doctors have lost their status because most of them are now just employees and they act like it. Secondly, way too many lack respectability. Doctors didn’t show up with half buttoned shirts and gold chains back when they were considered to be pillars of the community.
