I thoroughly approve of killing terrorists in Syria, in Iraq, or after a fair trial in the United States, but I have issues with this proposal. How exactly do we provide due process for US citizens who travel to Turkey (for example) and may have gone on to Syria, without documentation of that travel, or may not have gone on? This proposal crosses an unacceptable line.
