These demonstrators are not racists or Nazis so far as I can tell, and from the Ukrainians I speak with, their general distrust of their institutions is common. The problem that Ukrainians feel is that the military is infiltrated by Russkie spies. They do not trust that their institutions are cleansed, and, hence, they protest, demanding military action to not only save Ukrainian troops, but to push the Russians out.
