Posted on 08/21/2014 5:19:20 PM PDT by Jim Robinson
Mitt Romney and his former running mate, Paul Ryan, will be making their first public appearance together since losing to Obama/Biden two years ago. Ryan is traveling the country to promote a book and is also said to be considering a run for the White House himself.
Romney will interview Ryan Thursday night on stage at the Union League Club of Chicago.
Ryan's book has met some criticism given its handling of the immigration issue - which is increasingly being exposed as a stone cold loser of an issue in the very mid-term elections Ryan suggested it be used by GOP candidates. Romney, as well as some of his staff, reportedly cooperated with Ryan on the book.
"Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) suggested that Republican candidates in this year's midterm elections should run on granting a pathway to citizenship for all of the country's illegal immigrants."

Meet the new Mitt Romney. Same liberal jerk as the old Mitt Romney.
It's not about to happen any time soon.
Bill Bennett was promoting PR this morning on Bill’s radio show.
fumr. fupr. forever. dead. to. me.
god what idiots and chamber of commerce whore we are saddled with.
Chamber of Commerce bi#@hes...both of these losers.
I’d like to load these two braindead pixies on the pathway to Mexico.
Romney/Ryan’s political careers are dead, so they have to make the rounds of various media outlets in a desperate attempt to be relevant again. Of course, the media will oblige and slobber all over them, but those moments will be fleeting and they’ll go back to obscurity again.
I will probably vote for Hugh n. Series. Or, perhaps Captain Obvious. Hey since Captain Obvious is a “freeper” creation can we sue that hotel commerical? Just saying...
Here is 2005 Romney. (11 seconds video)
Rove and Romney stole all the money at the end of 2012
the nanosecond that Mr. RomneyCARE gave up for his
Best buddy Obama.
They are what the GOP is. You can never trust a TARPer.
This sort of thing makes no sense at all unless certain Republicans think they have a deal to become part of the One Party Democrat State that Amnesty will in short order bring on. They know where it leads. They are not stupid. So they must think they will benefit. That makes them effectively Democrats or wannabe Democrats. If they get Amnesty they maybe think they will be given posts as powerful top Commissars.

Mitt Romney and Lil' Ricky Santorum celebrate Political Assassination of 2012 Conservative GOP Presidential Candidates (Newt Gingrich, Rick Perry, Herman Cain, Michelle Bachman ...)
"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party
over to the traitors in the battle just ended.
We will have no more of those candidates who are pledged
to the same goals as our opposition and who seek our support.
Turning the Party over to the so-called moderates
wouldn't make any sense at all.""
-- President Ronald Reagan
Paul Ryan has a better chance of being hit in drone strike than getting the GOP nomination. Mitt just stay home.
they’re on Megyn right now.....Had to leave the room, can’t stand Ryan’s smirking face.
Both of these DemocRats are on the Kelly File on FOX, now. Traitors.
“Romney will interview Ryan Thursday night on stage at the Union Club of Chicago.”... Outstanding! We are truly watching an event, of Our Country’s neo/old social definition.
I am against any and all variations of “amnesty”.
America for Americans, first, and only. All others leave by bayonet point, or on it.
We sure have a fight on our hands with these asshats running around with money that is not only not theirs, but also is. They can buy most anybody they want.
both idiots were on the Kelley file tonight..
seems like theyre still running for POTUS and VP..
2 RINOs who are dead to me.
Best post ever!!!!
I knew these two were fraudsters from the get go
I think Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan are traitors.
No opposition whatsoever from these two towards the democrats.
A second that. Best post. Ever.
But in the meantime they will get some paid speaking gigs.
Obama, Romney, Newt positions ping.
We’ve seen this one coming. The GOP wants to force one of these guys on us in a replay of 2008 and 2012: Paul Ryan, Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio. The Rovian RINOs will facilitate a circular firing squad among whatever conservative candidates are in the primaries until only their guy is left standing at the end. We can’t let them do it this time! Somehow conservatives are going to have to unite around one candidate and shepherd him through the primaries to the general if we’re to have a chance of defeating the establishment GOP. That’ll be as hard as herding cats.
“A plurality of Americans in multiple national polls have said they would be less likely to vote for candidates who support amnesty legislation.”
Can’t imagine what Paul Ryan is thinking.
Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) suggested that Republican candidates in this year's midterm elections should run on granting a pathway to citizenship for all of the country's illegal immigrants.
Two words for Mister Ryan...
To lyin’ Ryan and Mittens-—just go away please.
Gosh. I sure feel guilty for not voting by absentee ballot in ‘12./s
Maybe they can have Glenn Beck do the commercials. A few tears might help sell it. (Jackasses)
how much rope do we have ?
The Chamber of Commerce funded Uniparty doesn’t care what us peons think.
So Willard Romney the open socialist and his trusty sidekick Milquetoast Man have come out for the illegal invaders. How nice.
Don’t worry - they’ll go back to being rock-ribbed conservatives by the time primaries roll around.
he’s thinking he wants some more of Zuckerberg’s loot
Ryan is a dangerous SOB
Of course, it only makes sense then that the Establishment republicans would latch on to it, like a rock sinking to the bottom of the ocean.
Bill Bennett’s a RINO. His promoting of PR/shamnesty should confirm that.
Good gawsh.....these two amnesty clowns need to go away...for good.
Sorry, Mitt...I would vote for you or Ryan over Obama or Clinton...but only as a last resort.
Any politian even hinting at amnesty for illegal liens loses my direct support in favor of candidates dedicated to the preservation of our Republic and sovereignty. Only voted for in the face of only even far worse a choice.
I pray God in Heaven we are not faced with that prospect again.
As it is Ryan is clearly in that category...as are you...of pimping himself out politically to illegal aliens
