FERGUSON, Mo. — Michael Brown, the unarmed black teenager who was killed by a police officer, sparking protests around the nation, was shot at least six times, including twice in the head, a preliminary private autopsy performed on Sunday found.
One of the bullets entered the top of Mr. Brown’s skull, suggesting his head was bent forward when it struck him and caused a fatal injury, according to Dr. Michael M. Baden, the former chief medical examiner for the City of New York, who flew to Missouri on Sunday at the family’s request to conduct the separate autopsy. It was likely the last of bullets to hit him, he said.
Mr. Brown, 18, was also shot four times in the right arm, he said, adding that all the bullets were fired into his front.

Mr. Johnson said that he hid behind a parked car and that Mr. Brown was struck by a bullet in his back as he ran away, an account that Dr. Baden’s autopsy appears to contradict.

If it was a police officer who was shot in the same manner I expect you'd call these 'defensive wounds' from someone instinctively holding up their arm to protect himself.
Remember he didn’t turn loose of his stolen box of Sweets until he had to. I always wondered if any of the smokes had bullet holes in them? And was he holding his stash in his right hand-—that might explain the hits in the arm more than anything else. I’m gonna give the cop credit for not actually aiming at an arm. Browny’s sidekick claimed at one point that Browny had given the box to him-—but Browny carried them out of the store.
And don’t the stoners tell us that weed doesn’t make people violent? But fear might because Browny would have believed the cop knew he was a robber.
That would account for the 3 wounds on the right side of Brown's face.
They sleep very well. They are psychopaths.
Does ANYONE know the make, model, and caliber of the officer’s handgun?
Remember in the video from the convenience store that when the clerk had the audacity to move toward Brown as he was heading out the door, Brown turned and took two steps back toward the clerk---in a very threatening and intimidating manner as if to say...'yeah, I'm stealing the cigars, what you gonna do about it....you wanna piece of me, punk?'

The key to events is the difference or similarities between what is best for the local, state and federal political interests.
So far we know two facts........ the cop has not been charged with murder other crime. The cop has not been charged with a civil rights violation.

Yep, as in a very fast run toward someone without any warning.
The physical move that Brown made toward the clerk in the store shows that Brown was not above moving toward someone to intimidate them. That move, in my mind, makes the report of Brown charging the cop totally believable and in character.

Until you are shot, stumble and begin to fall due to the aforementioned.
Using Occam’s Razor, the thug was shot, hit multiple times, stumbles and falls. Officer shooting to stop the threat, pulling trigger rapidly. Top of head shot was last shot fired.
Using Occam’s Razor, simply makes the most sense.

Not possible. Shooting to wound is Hollywood fantasy.
Shooting is deadly force.
Shooting center mass is training, natural and common-sense.
No one is THAT good to shoot to wound. . .no one.

Some lawyer tries to argue shoot to wound anyone on the jury that shot a handgun would laugh his a$$ off at that stupid lawyer.
