Where do you live, that you’re required to flee from a place you are legally allowed to be, while a violent criminal is allowed to stay?
Nope.
If I were unarmed, the cops would just arrest both of us for fighting on the street and try to sort it out later, but as a holder of CC license, I’m required to deescalate the situation. I am held to a higher standard.
I know things vary by state but even under stand your ground, you are on thin ice if the beating stopped and you get out of your car with a gun. You have just done a little more than stand your ground.
