Michael Brown, the unarmed black teenager who was fatally shot by a police officer in a St. Louis suburb, fit the description of a strong-arm robbery suspect that police were responding to the night he was shot, the Ferguson police chief said at a Friday press conference.
Police have said Brown was shot after an officer encountered him and another man on the street. They say one of the men pushed the officer into his squad car, then physically assaulted him in the vehicle and struggled with the officer over the officer's weapon. At least one shot was fired inside the car before the struggle spilled onto the street, where Brown was shot multiple times, according to police

Just saw the pictures. The guy is a giant pushing around the store owner. Looks like Brown is a scumbag.

Don’t know all the facts yet, but if he did indeed push the officer into the car and try to get his weapon then sucks to be him and I don’t care how may times he was shot.
Now that they have released the pictures, he more than fits the description. LOL! A two bit punk being turned into another Trayvon style saint from the hood.
The fact that Benjamin Crump is asking for a second autopsy means the forensics disproves the “eyewitness” accounts that Saint Michael was on his knees with his hands in the air when the cop plugged him.
Did I hear right, Brown was 6’4” and 290 pounds and he was a teen?
If this is what happens then the young man asked for it — and got it.
this is exactly why we all need to wait for the whole story to come out.
In the beginning, we were spoon fed a story of apparent racism, that an innocent black young man ended up getting shot for no reason. And that the only reason he was shot was because a racist cop has nothing better to do than gun down innocent people.
I knew the real story was more complex than the version of the story peddled by the media.
I was once mistaken for a murder suspect and the cop pulled his gun immediately.
I complied.
290 pounds? Clearly his school has not been listening to Mooshell. Probably need to investigate that a while....

The eye witness participated in the robbery. Convenient.
Sounds a lot like the St. Trayvon affair.
There should be a video of this mess somewhere.
Even if it’s true that Brown struggled with the officer for the gun, then ran. If he stopped, held his hands up, the next step was order him to his knees (one witness said he was on his knees), hands behind back, cuff him, and read him his rights.
Officers have to control their emotions. He’s not entitled to execute anyone, even if that idiot just tried to kill him, once they no longer pose an immediate threat of death (unarmed, following police orders).
The MO fits. Shove around a store owner, shove a police officer into his car.
If this is the punk, he got what he deserved.

The worker of the store should be able to identify the thug..he was right in his face..or is it that the other thugs threatened the worker..
