As of the census of 2010, there were 21,203 people in the city.
The racial makeup of the city was 29.3% White, 67.4% African American, 0.4% Native American, 0.5% Asian, 0.4% from other races, and 2.0% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.2% of the population.
Say goodbye to the 29 percent and the city will end up Detroit.....
Cities don’t do well after riots. Anyone who can needs to move outta there...

There was a sign posted by a real estate developer of a ‘white flight’ neighborhood in a nearby county. “GET OUT WHILE THE GETTIN’S GOOD!”
Needless to say ‘city leaders’ were not happy.

If I remember correctly, the blacks are raisin’ a fuss because the traffic tickets are over 50% for the black population. (or something like that)
Must be they have problems, what with the modern math bein’ taught in skools these days!
Bottom line is...the dead guy,at the age of 18,either *did*,or did *not*,have a noteworthy record of contacts with police regarding various violent acts.If,by chance,he *did* have such a record that would go a long way toward suggesting that the shooting was justified.
