The funny part will happen when stupid liberals try to waltz out of their check after ordering food in a restaurant. That is usually a misdemeanor, and restaurants will typically summon police.
If they know the liberal, when next they show up to the restaurant, if they allow them to be seated, once they order they will present them with the bill to pre-pay for their meal. If they refuse, they will be asked to leave, and if they refuse that, the police will be called and ask to give them a trespassing warning. If they so much as put a foot in the restaurant again, they will be arrested.
Leave it to a professor to advise other people to commit a crime as a form of political protest.
Security videos will allow identifying those guilty of “defrauding an innkeeper”, also known as “a crime”.
When numbers of persons conspire to remove, attack, etc. the Constitution protected rights of an American citizen, they are committing a Federal felony.
While we call them ‘Libtards’, or just ‘tards, they are not stupid when their sacred freedom could be at risk.
Just another Libtard merely blabbering again.
There is an irony in the assertion that gun owners are not a protected group, in that gun owners are most assuredly protected — at least when they are not merely keeping, but also bearing arms.
He looks like Ackmed, the Dead Terrorist. “Silence! I’ll keel you.”
The only reason I’d get up and leave a restaurant if a group came in carrying long rifles would be if they’re wearing masks. Swat teams are dangerous.
“but we ignore these morons at our peril.”
In fact, the peril is owned by the liberals. They show us that they’re cowards, wimps and nancy-boys who stand no chance against an armed people.
This is why they play kissy-face with murderous Islamists. They hope to recruit these camel-humpers as a mercenary army to kill American Christians, conservatives and patriots. Quite simply, the American liberal doesn’t have the balls or the martial skills to take us out. That fact is also the reason why King Buckwheat is recruiting MS 13 gangbangers to cross the border.
I’ll be happy to inform the prof that academic scuzzoids like himself aren’t protected by the Constitution.
The anti-gunners are quick to point out that the right might have some limits.
I have never heard them expound on what the right to keep and bear arms DOES protect.
They defended the law in D.C. forbidding the presence of an assembled and loaded firearm in one's home. This was struck down in the Heller case.
They defend the law in DC prohibiting the average, law-abiding adult from carrying arms outside the home.
They defend the laws in New York, Connecticut, and Kalifornia prohibiting some rifles simply because they have a pistol grip.
They defend prohibitions on possession of normal capacity magazines carried by every infantry soldier.
They defend licensing, registration, waiting periods, background checks, and lifetime bans for some misdemeanors.
But I have never heard an anti-gunner describe what IS protected. What behavior may I engage in for which I am guaranteed by the Second Amendment that I will not face prosecution?
In preparation for my upcoming CCW training I purchased a book entitled, "California Gun Laws : A guide to state and federal firearm regulations". This book is 466 pages long. What response would our Founders have recommended to such an abomination from their government?
I suspect they would not have allowed it it get this far...
the right to self-defense predates the constitution. even if that falls, i will invoke that right if required.
I wonder if these morons- will get up in mass everytime a cop walks into the restuarant- cops are open carry by definition. I should say cops in uniform.
This “professor” is the typical LIB asshat who couldn’t make it through life if he had a real job. His misshapen pointy head creates the usual logic-impaired spew that we’ve come to expect from “educators”. The more disgusting thing is that taxpers pay his salary, supporting his malignant thinking. What an oaf.
