Fatal shooting by Ferguson police draws angry crowd (shouting "kill the police")

A fatal shooting by a Ferguson police officer prompted an angry crowd to confront police this afternoon.
St. Louis County and other departments were called to the scene in the 2900 block of Canfield Drive about 2:15 p.m. after shots were reported fired from the crowd. No one was injured from those shots.

The shooting is near an apartment complex and a few hundred people came out into the street after the police shooting, County police said. They were yelling obscenities and shouting "kill the police."
