PPP's newest Arkansas poll continues to find an incredibly tight race for the Senate. Republican Tom Cotton is at 41% to 39% for Democratic incumbent Mark Pryor, 4% for Green Party candidate Mark Swaney, and 3% for Libertarian Nathan LaFrance. All four PPP surveys of this race in the last year have found the candidates within 3 points of each other one way or another. When supporters of the third party hopefuls are asked who they would choose between the two major party candidates, Cotton's lead remains 2 points at 43/41, suggesting this may be a race where their presence on the ballot won't make a meaningful difference either way.

arkansas is not a toss up.
For a while, I was worried that Mark Pryor was going to pull this out, but I don’t see it happening now. The key is who and where are the undecided voters and what are their views on Obama? If Tom Cotton can win them over, it’s game, set, match.
If the Libertarian gave a damn about this country, he’d drop out.
blanche lincoln got obliterated in 2010. romney won over 60% of the vote in 2012. it’s just silly to try to argue that mark pryor is anything but roadkill in november.
and that’s before obama does whatever he is obviously about to do about amnesty.
I live here in Arkansas and Mark Pryor is behind and done.
libertarians are only good at one thing; sending liberals to congress.
Libertarians are really Liberal Democrats in drag!
Hope not, ‘cause any close race will suddenly fall to the democrat with the discovery of an uncounted box or two of ballots.
Nah..... Libertarians are either
1) Former Democrats who have given up smoking dope
or
2) Former Republicans who have taken up smoking dope
If he did care, he never would have joined the Libertarian party!
If the Libertarian gave a damn about this country, hed drop out.
I am glad to see that there is a green in AR to even things out. I hope Cotton’s people help the weirdo Green run ads against Pryor.
