That sounds like the kind of operation that needs thousands of unionized bureaucrats to administer!

What I can't figure out is who is paying for the subsidies.
Or is that the Dirty little secret of Obamacare and that is they have to get as many young people in the program as possible because the subsidie falls to them to pay it for those that need it???????
