RAND PAUL: RICK PERRY'S EMBRACE OF TX DREAM ACT LURED ILLEGALS LIKE OBAMA'S AMNESTY
Breitbart ^ | 8/5/2014 | TONY LEE

On Tuesday, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) said Texas Gov. Rick Perry's enthusiastic embrace of in-state tuition for illegal immigrants is a magnet that lures more illegal immigrants to America – just like President Barack Obama's temporary amnesty program for DREAMers.

“President Obama won’t send them home, and Gov. Perry has done the same thing by giving them in-state tuition," Paul told the Wall Street Journal during a significant Iowa trip. "That’s a beacon without any kind of border security."

Paul is right. To offer ILLEGAL aliens any sort of handout only serves to bring more of them here.

Not an endorsement of Paul. He’s nearly as wacky as his lunatic father. But he is correct to say Perry’s pro-ILLEGAL alien policies have worked to bring more ILLEGAL aliens to America.

Yes he is. Unfortunately most potential Republican candidates have a pro-ILLEGAL alien past, just like Perry and Paul.

So we have:

1. Perry: Free stuff but no open borders

2. Paul: Open borders but no free stuff

How 'bout this instead:

Assuming Rick Perry did give in state tuition to invaders (disgusting) Rand Paul is correct. It disqualifies Perry.

Maybe Rand Paul's strategy is to be the last candidate standing? Or maybe he's got HDD. Who knows? He's all over the place with his views.

Why doesn’t Paul attack Reid for not allowing any business to be done in the Senate because the chicken Dems in tight races don’t want to have an Obama vote on their record before the election?

Perry was so thoughtful---he even built a highway to transport illegals from Mexico into Texas. The Trans-Texas Corridor....a series of highways, rails, and pipelines proposed by Perry to aid in the flow of "traffic" through the state of Texas and to solve many other logistics concerned with the flow of goods....and people.

Rick Perry's Trans Texas Corridor Plan....construction actually began in Mexico.

================================================

REFERENCE The Trans Texas Corridor was the largest engineering project ever proposed for Texas. The corridor would far exceed any public works project in the state’s history. This statewide network of priority corridors will stretch 4,000 miles and measure up to 1,200 feet wide.

In July of 2005, Governor Perry gave a speech on the merits of private / public partnerships in transportation projects. The discussion revolved around Governor Perry's Trans-Texas Corridor Program and partnerships with .....foreign....... and San-Antonio Construction companies.

Also remember that Texas citizens did not even know Perry was giving illegals in-state tuition---subsidizing non-citizens w/ their tax dollars.

Texans only found out when Perry entered the prez race-----when it was revealed at the debates....and roundly criticized.

THE REASON Perry is a lame duck Texas gov---he could never be reelected.

It’s a fair charge. Hard to specifcally say a carrot like this makes a difference or not. It gives in-state benefits to kids of people who came here years previously. I doubt that’s on the mind of someone coming in illegally in itself, but when you combine all of the ‘freebies and benefits’ and this is definitely one of them, we do encourage the behavior as a whole.
