One large group of employees is easier to politically manipulate, and Union “organize”, than 2,000 separate groups of 30-50.

Remember, these aren’t Democrats, anymore, they are radical academic Socialists.
You have to think about things like they do.

Kill the Kulaks ...

According to the political theory of Marxism–Leninism of the early 20th century, the kulaks were class enemies of the poorer peasants.[3]

Vladimir Ilyich Lenin described them as "bloodsuckers, vampires, plunderers of the people and profiteers, who fatten on famine.”[4][5]

Marxism–Leninism had intended a revolution to liberate poor peasants and farm laborers alongside the proletariat (urban and industrial workers).

In addition, the planned economy of Soviet Bolshevism required the collectivisation of farms and land to allow industrialisation or conversion to large-scale agricultural production.

In practice, government officials violently seized kulak farms and murdered resisters;[3][6] others were deported to labor camps.

I love the way Liberals pursue their BS agenda AS IF there’s a single successful, stable and prosperous Socialist system anywhere on this earth they can point to as an example for us!!

The Feds' goal is to gradually kill off every business that cannot be directly controlled through a corporatist partnership, such as the ones they currently have established with GM, GE, and the like. Big monopolist entities with unionized workforces and fully staffed HR departments acting as arms of HHS and ready to impose the latest Federal whim on employees at any time - that's what they like. Bonus points if the entity makes the 'right' contributions at election time.

Smaller companies who don't play the game as well, well, their time is already up. By definition, they are racist, sexist, homophobic, Tea Party nuts - so who cares what happens to them?

The totalitarians will not kill the fast food business as it would really rile up the young base as it would take away their jobs and their place to eat.

It will be smacked down by the federal courts just like all the other pro-union law changes (backdoor card check, snap elections, union poster requirements) out of Obama’s NLRB have been. The fact of the matter is the NLRB charter gives it very little real power and any meaningful changes have to come through congress.

This would effect virtually every brand name hotel in the U.S., since the majority of individual branded hotels are franchises.

Franchising is such a specialized area of the law. I had a friend who did only that. Made me wanna blow my brains out every time he discussed it. It’s like a combination of contract law and voodoo.

When Karl Marx was doing research for his "Das Kapital" he read Adam Smith extensively. His goal was to understand capitalism thoroughly enough to create an antidote to it.

Unionizing has been determined to be one of the best tools used to undermine capitalism.

However, Marx's static model can not be maintained, whether or not ruthlessness is employed. At some point it falls apart. Especially when the people figure out the truth.

I predicted this. Who in their right mind would buy a franchise under these circumstances?

We should stop with all of the indpendent tiny little actions and just pass Directive 10-289!

In the name of the general welfare, to protect the people’s security, to achieve full equality and total stability, it is decreed for the duration of the national emergency that:

Point One. All workers, wage earners and employees of any kind whatsoever shall henceforth be attached to their jobs and shall not leave nor be dismissed nor change employment, under penalty of a term in jail. The penalty shall be determined by the Unification Board, such Board to be appointed by the Bureau of Economic Planning and National Resources. All persons reaching the age of twenty-one shall report to the Unification Board, which shall assign them to where, in its opinion, their services will best serve the interests of the nation.

Point Two. All industrial, commercial, manufacturing and business establishments of any nature whatsoever shall henceforth remain in operation, and the owners of such establishments shall not quit nor leave nor retire, nor close, sell or transfer their business, under penalty of the nationalization of their establishment and of any and all of their property.

Point Three. All patents and copyrights, pertaining to any devices, inventions, formulas, processes and works of any nature whatsoever, shall be turned over to the nation as a patriotic emergency gift by means of Gift Certificates to be signed voluntarily by the owners of all such patents and copyrights. The Unification Board shall then license the use of such patents and copyrights to all applicants, equally and without discrimination, for the purpose of eliminating monopolistic practices, discarding obsolete products and making the best available to the whole nation. No trademarks, brand names or copyrighted titles shall be used. Every formerly patented product shall be known by a new name and sold by all manufacturers under the same name, such name to be selected by the Unification Board. All private trademarks and brand names are hereby abolished.

Point Four. No new devices, inventions, products, or goods of any nature whatsoever, not now on the market, shall be produced, invented, manufactured or sold after the date of this directive. The Office of Patents and Copyrights is hereby suspended.

Point Five. Every establishment, concern, corporation or person engaged in production of any nature whatsoever shall henceforth produce the same amount of goods per year as it, they or he produced during the Basic Year, no more and no less. The year to be known as the Basic or Yardstick Year is to be the year ending on the date of this directive. Over or under production shall be fined, such fines to be determined by the Unification Board.

Point Six. Every person of any age, sex, class or income, shall henceforth spend the same amount of money on the purchase of goods per year as he or she spent during the Basic Year, no more and no less. Over or under purchasing shall be fined, such fines to be determined by the Unification Board.

Point Seven. All wages, prices, salaries, dividends, profits, interest rates and forms of income of any nature whatsoever, shall be frozen at their present figures, as of the date of this directive.

Point Eight. All cases arising from and rules not specifically provided for in this directive, shall be settled and determined by the Unification Board, whose decisions will be final.[1]

This needs to go to court ASAP. They may think they are supreme rulers but our constitution says otherwise.
