You are right. Republicans are spectators, not players, and are content with their good seats in the grandstands from which they can watch the real action. They make lots of noise but have no intention of participating in the game.

I keep hearing the self-deluding reasoning from some that it's better to vote for someone who fits with your principles 80% of the time vs. a third party no-where or just NOT voting for them at all.p>

However, how come it always seems to be that the 20% they DON'T agree with you ends up getting done? When it comes to the potential that one of these GOP goobers will take his 20% and vote for Amnesty, or just plain ignore complete treachery by this government, what good is that 80%? That 80% is all stump-speech pablum and lies - that's what it is.
