The sister of an American tour guide who has been detained in North Korea for nearly two years renewed her urgent call for his release Thursday, saying that reports he feels abandoned are devastating.

Choson Sinbo, a pro-North Korea newspaper based in Japan, published an interview July 30 with Kenneth Bae in which he is quoted as saying that nothing seems to be happening in his case and he feels abandoned.

To be honest....we’ve all begun to feel abandoned. It’s just that some of us weren’t stupid enough to fly into North Korea for a vacation...we just voted for some law professor with a eight-line resume.

I hate to sound harsh, but you’re right. Everybody knows about Krazy Kim Jr. don’t go over there! The unfortunate prisoner should also say, “Please, whatever you do, do not, under any circumstances, send Dennis Rodman over here. That clown will accomplish nothing but getting himself drunk in public once again.”

Bae, who turns 46 on Friday, has been sentenced to 15 years of hard labor for unspecified hostile acts. He was arrested in November 2012 while leading a tour group in a special North Korean economic zone.

He is the longest-held of three Americans being detained in North Korea. The government said in June that it is preparing to try the other two, Matthew Todd Miller and Jeffrey Edward Fowle, who also entered the country as tourists, for carrying out what it described as hostile acts.

From the article.

While Hussein obviously doesn't care about Bae whatsoever, did Bae really think that North Korea was going to be like this? What kind of moron goes to North Korea, other than overt Communists like Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton?

That is because he is abandoned.
ZERO has no interest in him.

How could anyone possibly feel bad for someone so stupid as to go to North Korea without knowing what will happen to you if you don’t obey their rules?

There used to be an old rule to break hunting dogs from chasing rabbits. You simply hung a dead rabbit around the dogs neck and let it rot off. Needless to say, the dog did not chase rabbits any longer.

Well now, this guy has something hung around his neck (prison) and hopefully (if he survives) he won’t go back to Korea again.

Would it make them feel better to know that Obama cares as much about Americans in North Korea as he does about the United States Marine held prisoner in Mexico?

Note to self: If you find yourself on the wrong road near Mexico with nowhere to turn around, stop the car and abandon it rather than driving into the reach of the corrupt Mexican government. If you find yourself heading toward North Korea, turn around; there is nothing worth seeing there except the inside of a prison for political prisoners. So long as Obama is in power, decent people have no protection outside our borders (and frighteningly little protection inside our own country).

Why do cops get killed by criminals? Why do firefighters die in a fire? Why do people go hiking in Afghanistan and get kidnapped?

Because NK is a communist country, and our fearless leader loves communists and hates the USA.

Obama can always offer up an even up exchange: Bowe Bergdahl and another deserter to be named later for Bae.

“His family says he suffers from diabetes, an enlarged heart, liver problems and back pain.”

If I were THAT SICK I’m not sure I’d be leading a tour group into North Korea.

SO TRUE, and there is PLENTY TO SEE just in videos that have been taken in that “Workers’ Paradise”.
