if they shut down the government, republicans will get the blame (by the media) and voters will turn on them in November costing us the Senate.

The GOP losership have done nothing during the first six years of the Age of Obama. They’ll do nothing for the last two. Take that to the bank. The day after the mid term everything will be about tip toeing to 2016. The betlway GOP simply do not care about issues important to us like immigration, IRS, Benghazi, etc. They will never substantively engage Obama. Period.
