I agree he wanders off point (or off TOTUS) without a script, but I think he can go on and on, spinning bullshit. Maybe that’s part of the problem here.
Good points. He could have droned on and on. Like he would care if the conversation wasn’t a conversation at all, but a rambling broken record of talking point BS.
At some point within the first couple minutes, though, you’d expect that Netanyahu would have hung up. Since he didn’t (if the report is true), he must have just set the phone down and left for lunch.
