Just like the feral who killed a 68 year old Asian man here in NYC, he was out on the street on armed robbery, drug and car theft convictions. Isn’t liberalism great? The public pays for this infinitely: By paying for socialist programs that create these ferals, then becoming victims of the ferals, then having to pay for the ferals incarceration, then again becoming victims when they are released, and it repeats for infinity until the feral is fortunately killed.
By that time, though, the criminals have each left behind plenty of spawn. They may not know who their fathers are, but they do the work of their father.
