Oh, sure, I know it does. Difference is the odds are pretty good someone would kill him back either outright or by legal execution...assuming he succeeds. Guns and hollow points ain’t outlawed here like they are in Jersey...at least not yet. A whole lot of Texans conceal carry. His odds of success are quite less than they’d be in “Jersey”.
