Leaked report blames misperceptions about U.S. immigration policy for the surge in unaccompanied children attempting to enter the country.
Of 230 migrants interviewed, 219 cited the primary reason for migrating was the perception that U.S. immigration laws now granted free passes.
Report was compiled by the El Paso Intelligence Center and meant only for law enforcement .
Homeland Security officials previously blamed a combination of factors, including a bad economy and security concerns.
Crime data actually showed a dip in violence in Guatemala, El Salvador and most significantly Honduras.
Homeland Security projects that if current trends continue, as many as 160,000 illegal children will enter the U.S. by the end of next year.

There’s no confusion. Obama created the situation and knew exactly what kind of response he’d get, as the illegals know exactly what kind of reception this government will give them.
Does that mean that we can't drop a bomb on criminal and corrupt ruling class targets in the home countries of each one of the children we take in? That will eventually fix the problem.
Sure—Get a foot(OR a kid in the door) and you can have all the free stuff you want when obamster brings in the rest of the family so as not to break up these poor families.
