Lois Lerner is, indeed, the tip of a very cold and ugly iceberg that needs to experience severe, special-prosecutor-led anthropogenic “climate change” until the agency is completely melted, and overflows in a devastating flood that inundates a bunch of high political offices.

In a stunning revelation this week, it was disclosed that former IRS official Lois Lerner told colleagues,“we need to be cautious about what we say in emails” and then proceeded to ask the IRS IT department, in an e-mail, “if [instant messaging] conversations were also searchable.” When she was told they were not, she e-mailed back, “Perfect.” This is a smoking gun e-mail in that it makes plain she had a cover-up in mind. There is no other plausible explanation.

She only burned them because all the binders they were in just happened to fall onto a lower shelf, where the shredder was and then the shredded remnants just happened to fall into a waste basket where she kept a small fire going to keep her office warm.

The excerpt shows Learner using IM to bypass email archiving. Where is the part where she remembers keeping copies of her emails?
THe article proceeds smoothly to the IM part and then the part about saving copies was a mess. It made no sense to me. Just sort of a random insertion.
Maybe the court systems power to put her highness in jail jogged her memory...

Wouldn’t that increase her carbon footprint a bunch? Now the EPA needs to look into this. She is not a good Commie and the administration needs to straighten her out.

The court system is going after the IRS IT people first. Putting the pressure on lower level employees to see where the paper trail leads.
Her old data had to be reloaded on her new computer, after her old one crashed, or she would not have been able to operate her office, but they didn’t reload her emails at the same time?
Some one will have to explain how that happened.
In politics it is usually the cover-up that is 10000000000 times worse than the actual crime. In this case I have the suspicion the crime the IRS committed will wipe out this administration. Will the truth be known? Doubtful. Obama has the full NSA computer system to remove any and all traces of these emails.

Maybe what jogged the memory is the turmoil on the southern border.
After all, they can dance around with the IRS just like they did with Fast and Furious — the invasion, on the other hand, is specifically a Constitutional matter which could easily cause sizable portions of the federal government to be charged w/ Treason. (See Art 4, Sec 4.)

She led the illegal persecution, on orders from her boss. They both need to go to jail.
