The firebomb went off Friday night at the entrance to the synagogue of Aulnay-sous-Bois, a northeastern suburb of the French capital. A Middle Eastern man assaulted a Jewish 17-year-old girl on a Paris street near the Gare du Nord train station by spraying pepper-spray on her face, shouting: “Dirty Jewess, inshallah you will die.”
In Belleville, an eastern suburb of Paris, a demonstration Saturday by a few dozen people against Israel’s attack on Hamas featured calls to “slaughter the Jews,” according to Alain Azria, a French Jewish photojournalist who covered the event. The crowd also chanted “death to the Jews,” he said.

I saddened to hear this. They have so much to offer, yet, they are discarded and disregarded quite easily by the present powers that be. The Progressives won’t admit their grievious mistake until it’s too late. Maybe they will settle into Canada for now, and wait for the Obamination to leave office in two plus years.

The real problem is that when Islamic culture is confronted with the values, practices and institutions of modernity it devolves into chaos and violence. The entire Mideast is in turmoil or unstable. Easy to blame this on Israel. However the majority of people in Muslim countries are poorly educated, impoverished and are very susceptible to religious fundamentalism. When Western oriented secularists either attempt to govern or live openly, there is violence. As Obama said these folks then cling to their guns and religion. (Of course Obama was referring to the citizens he purportedly leads and he would object to it being used in this context but the quote is applicable.)

And the liberals welcome them and Sharia Law to the U.S. over Chrstianity that helps feed, shelter and clothe people in need among other charitable acts.
