Let’s not delude ourselves that whatever was said or done to Roberts the first time around is going to look like preschool compared to the pressure this time...
Let’s also not underestimate the GOPe in their ability to screw this up.

The what clause? Is that the same area where you have a right to free health care? Right next to the one that says you have a right to a high paying job regardless of your qualifications? Kinda near the one that says you have a right to own a house even if you bought it knowing there was no way you could ever pay for it. I sure must have missed some stuff in my civics classes way back in the day. What happened to “work your butt off and achieve something, lay on your butt and achieve nothing”?

You can’t fight City Hall
and you can’t sue the first black president of the United States (he’s a Constitutional scholar, you know!)
The GOP is a complete joke.

The reason why they are doing the employer mandate instead of immigration or some of the other ideas that we heard thrown around is they think that is the best legal challenge that they actually have according to their lawyers.
Bull!
The reason the GOP doesn't go after the low-hanging fruit of immigration is that they have been bought and sold by the Chamber of Commerce with gigantic campaign contributions. The same Chamber of Commerce that has made Amnesty its #1 Legislative priority.
Follow the money boys and girls!

Good grief. While they are at it, they need to sue themselves for failing to follow the Constitution.

So, he’s stabbed the country in the heart and shot it in the head and we have a strong case that he didn’t wipe his feet when he came in.
Great.
Where do y’all think this is going to go?
To: PoloSec
...her Republican sources flatly say they have a strong case that Obama has violated the Take Care Clause.
Big whoop. Yeah, that'll do the trick alright.
To: Theoria
Or for failing to fund all of Obama’s violations of the Constitution.

What I like about her in the video, was she talked fast enough to get her point across before she could be interrupted, that’s a rare talent, most of the time you never get to hear the interviewee’s point before the are cut off.

Every time I see video of Obama giving a speech he is backed by a sea of white female faces smiling and applauding his every word. Just like when he was campaigning in 08 and 12. Nothing has changed. It wasn’t the Blacks or voter fraud that got him reelected. It was the six hundred pound demographic elephant in the room nobody will acknowledge. The feminists and the schools and the media and hollyweird have done their job so now we have an electorate of emotional train wrecks voting in presidential elections without having a clue of what they are doing beyond how it “feels”.
