I wait everyday for something to this effect and it never happens.
It’s OK for libs/Dems to have an epiphany and convert to conservatives/Pubs (e.g., Ronald Reagan). But it seems to me Perry’s conversion was more one of convenience than belief. Like the Bush clan, I believe he’s an amnesty-no border fence-mass alien influx adherent.

This is the same Rick Perry who pushed and signed into law giving Illegal Aliens in Texas in-state college tuition...in effect “free college tuition” as the in-state classification allows Illegals to access all forms of govt aid

Oh come on, exaggerate much? The in state NOT free tuition that Perry suggested was only for the children who had been raised in Texas, graduated from a Texas highschool and were in the process of getting their US citizenship. These kids were here to stay why not let them educated themselves and be productive citizens.
Their illegal parents did not come here because they knew about instate college tuition for their kids, they had never even considered college, ever.

There’s no love lost. Obama and Perry have butted heads from the gitgo. Perry has stood up more than any other governor again’st Oblunder. The EPA has really come after Texas as well as Obama refused to declare am emergency over those terrible fires a couple years ago and Texas got no FEMA money. He gives Rick the finger every chance he gets.
Seriously Rick Perry strikes me as a mature adult and a red blooded American man who would probably just like to beach slap the little POS.
