The Cleveland Museum of Art is world class, recently finished a fabulous 300 million dollar addition and refurbishing, and it's free to boot. The Cleveland Clinic speaks for itself.

Cleveland is about 400,000 population and has downsized rather well, everything considered. It is no Detroit, by any stretch. In fact, we need to be careful to keep a low profile; too much publicity, and the current net influx of millennials may accelerate and bring back the problems of growth.

I have relatives in the area, and visit, and can assure you it's barely distinguishable from Detroit.
