People seem to be focusing on "have a blessed day", which is just about as offensive as saying "God bless you" after someone sneezes. If that's all that it's really all about, the Bank and any offended customers really need to lighten up. I mean, the bank does have the right to direct and oversee customer interactions as it sees fit, including the use of canned phrases and scripts, but this is just a bit (/sarc) over the top.

However, it certainly seems like there's more to this story than just that part. The key to me is: "(the bank) also claims that Neace ... proceeded to talk to that customer about salvation."

That sounds pretty close to proselytizing. Which business owners have every right ban on company premises and time, regardless of whether a customer complains about it or not.
