She can get away with saying this now as their not elected or appointed officials and don’t need to disclose their tax returns. However the foundation should have a record and may be required to list their donors.

Isn’t Chelsea now the director of the Clinton Family Foundation? So, does this mean that this is a money-laundering scheme, and Chelsea is getting paid from the exorbitant fees from Hilary’s university speeches?

I did something that probably few others have — actually went to the foundation’s website. Nothing like getting some facts.
Right off there are a lot of liberal tropes. Some may be misguided (global warming/climate change probably qualifies — Ms. Clinton is scarcely a scientist), others cunning plots, and other yet worthwhile things to do.
Kickbacks? Maybe.
What we do know from the example of Barack Obama is that if the right character is fishy as all get out, much of the populace won’t care.
We must ultimately put our attention to higher, greater things. Evil can really busy out our attention, and then goodness gets short shrift. But it is the goodness that will carry the day if it gets a fair footing in our hearts and minds and souls.
