Well, that's the rub isn't it? What makes you think the recipients are going to vote out their paymasters?

AND we are able to return our government to the Constitutional government intended by the founders. ALL the Executive Branch added features mostly by Democrats, but Nixon (EPA), and GW Bush (DHS) as well must go.
