As the humanitarian crisis continues to grow along America’s southern border, states such as Texas and Arizona have called upon the federal government to do its job and secure the border, to no avail. In fact, the Obama administration, whom many believe to have caused the problem in the first place, is actually making the situation worse.
Federal law prohibits the transportation of individuals who are in the country illegally, but that’s exactly what Homeland Security officials are doing. As illegal immigrants cross the border, DHS officials transport them by bus or airplane to sites around the country for processing.
Thus far, Attorney General Eric Holder has done nothing to stop what appear to be repeated blatantly criminal acts by DHS. Representative Paul Gosar of Arizona, one of the states most effected by the surge in illegal immigrants, says Holder should be impeached for his failure to uphold the law.

“The president said that he would not deport anybody, and then the attorney general was complicit in saying that they would not uphold the rule of law in border security. They perpetuated this issue, and what we’re seeing right now is just the tip of the iceberg,” he said.
“What we’re generating is whole new generations of ‘dreamers’ that are then being taken by plane. At least seven different flights have come from Texas to Arizona. These people have been moved around without food, water, shelter and many have not had any vaccinations.”
The congressman said his staff recently met with Homeland Security officials about the government’s transporting of illegal immigrants from one state to another. He said DHS could not cite any part of federal law allowing them to do what they are doing, and he further stated that the federal government gave no advanced notice to him or Arizona state officials that thousands of destitute people would be transported to their state.
Obama and his big government administration have been criticized for their consistent overreach time and time again. Many of their policies and actions have been reversed unanimously by a Supreme Court on which sit four prominent progressives, demonstrating just how extremely left-wing Obama’s positions are.
This is just one more example of an Obama official rewriting, reapplying, or ignoring the Constitution and the law of the land to suit his purposes. The Founders included impeachment in the Constitution as an option to redress situations exactly like this.
This is not a Republican versus Democrat issue; the issue at hand is one of rule by law or rule by the king-like whims of one individual. For the sake of the republic, Congress must put a stop to it and impeach Eric Holder.
Why impeach Holder? This is Obastard’s doing.
errr... Congressman, Congress actually has the power to JAIL Eric Holder if they had the guts.
He already has been held in Contempt of Congress.... where’s the punishment for that?

Holder SHOULD be impeached - for THIS and host of OTHER reasons. Ditto to his bastard boss - a CRIMINAL not a President, a TYRANT not a politician.
Hopefully this WILL happen if the GOP manages to take over the Senate - WITHOUT Cochran as Cochran will vote with the Dems.
