I approve of slavery reparations in the following amounts:
$10,000,000 tax free for each and every individual who was held in slavery in this country while slavery was legal.
$5,000,000 tax free for every individual who has at least one biological parent who was held in slavery in this country while slavery was legal.
Everyone else needs to get a job and STFU.

PS - Individuals must still be among the living and must be able to prove their status in order to collect reparations.
Since the US is still paying a couple of Civil War pensions to children of Union soldiers, I suspect there might be a couple who would qualify for your second category.
