Ukraine's President has just under 20 minutes to extend the ceasefire agreement. Poroshenko is under heavy pressure from Moscow to do just that. But there is no sign that the ceasefire has worked, and as the deadline approaches, Ukraine's troops are on the move:
The news website Obozrevatel reports that Poroshenko has declared martial law in Donetsk and Lugansk. It's not official yet, but it seems that the ceasefire is over and a new phase of the anti-terror operation (ATO) is just beginning.
Simon Ostrovsky, the VICE News reporter that was held for a short time by the rebels a couple of months ago, is reporting via Twitter:
"Huge column of Ukrainian armor moving towards Sloviansk. Heavy self-propelled Howitzers and Uragan multiple rocket launchers."
Other tweets saying that armor is moving south, about 20km north of Lugansk.
The Russians have no intention of honoring any cease-fire.
Nor did Kiev...
They were using it as a cover to move BIG forces into the Southeast, and repeatedly did armor and airstrikes against targets.

I don’t trust the EU, Soros, or any of the other provaceteurs on UKR side. RUS hands may not be clean, but, only a fool or a statist would want to tie to EU right now
The only “provocateur” in this situation is Putin’s Russia. That’s who’s supplying arms and directing the separtists. You realize that, right?

I agree...The US said this past week whatever Poroshanko decided they supported...wrong ..they had their security people there all week long working withe police agencises and military.....(Photos on Kiev Police site)
Further Poroshenko is doing this because he wants Russia to fight..thus creating an environment for the US and possibly Nato to come in. It also avoids a new revolution against him....which has been fast building up.
