O$hithead can’t overturn it, but we have seen where he will simply ignore it, in which case, Hobby Lobby can tell him to stick it!
It does need to be taken as a very sobering warning. In our current situation the complexion of the Court continues to matter.
Which in turn means the complexion of the Presidency and the Senate continues to matter.
From liberal Democrat standpoint, if Republicans have to have something, the House is the least harm to their long term plans.
