Oh yeah - they'll "approve" the big gulp along with homosexual "marriage".

As they should - courts are not properly policy-making bodies.

Ha! Suck it, Bloomberg.

I would like to add that I don’t even drink soda any more....just water, some occasional iced tea and one cup of coffee in the morning.

However, I don’t think it’s my business (or especially the government’s) to tell people NOT to drink it.

That's a telling statement by the reporter. Its typical Liberalism. Well, its healthy to not drink 32 oz. sodas so why did the court strike this down!?!?!
