There seems to be an outbreak of common sense in courts today. Oh yeah - they'll "approve" the big gulp along with homosexual "marriage".

I won’t drink that crap. But if people want to sell and others want to buy, then let freedom ring.

The court largely ignored the merits of the banAs they should - courts are not properly policy-making bodies.

Ha! Suck it, Bloomberg.
I would like to add that I don’t even drink soda any more....just water, some occasional iced tea and one cup of coffee in the morning.
However, I don’t think it’s my business (or especially the government’s) to tell people NOT to drink it.

The court largely ignored the merits of the ban in the 20-page ruling, That's a telling statement by the reporter. Its typical Liberalism. Well, its healthy to not drink 32 oz. sodas so why did the court strike this down!?!?!
