It may be legal to buy and smoke marijuana in Colorado, but its still against the law to drive while high and thats a message an increasing number of people arent receiving.
Colorados largest detox network said Wednesday that the number of its patients busted for DUI while high on pot has nearly doubled, from 8 percent last year to 15 percent this year.

Actually, I wouldn’t want to start a trend of passing restrictive laws based on, “If,” and, “Can.”
We already know where that’ll lead. Especially with the bums in power today.
There’s already enough of those laws.
Enforce the laws already in place.

According to this article, even after pot legalization 85% of DUIs involve something other than pot - doubtless alcohol in most cases. And yet somehow only pot, not alcohol, inspires Chicken Little hysterics.
