Maliki rejects unity government....that pretty well settles it. Maliki is working for a divided Iraq. He’ll get to be the Shi’ite president of Shiastan. Douri will be president of SunniStan. Kurdistan will survive this time, I think.
Last time I checked, Maliki was the democratically elected president of a sovereign country, under a constitution and system that the U.S. and U.N. put in place. Seems disingenuous at best to demand his departure because the Obama regime flubbed up again.
