imdb.com has this intriguing item in the trivia section on their page for “Home in Indiana”:

The St. Petersburg Florida Evening Independent of August 10, 1944, reviewed the movie and had this to say about June Haver: "This June Haver is young and pretty with a nearly perfect figure which was displayed with a lavishness that makes one wonder how the Hays Office ever let it get by the censors. June wore fewer clothes, in two sequences, than I have seen anybody wear in a picture since the Hays Office took over. As she is decidedly worth looking at in that very scanty attire, the wonder is that the footage was not eliminated."

Bosley Crowther only says, “Jeanne Crain and June Haver are both attractive as friendly rivals for Mr. McCallister’s smiles – the latter in a way which recommends her for the low whistles and howls of the wolves.”
