Hannity has been beating this to death on his tv program. Starting to rank right up there with his “dirty air, dirty water, throw granny off the cliff” meme.

Well, I guess it’s worth a shot...

Yes, but I don’t think they are trained to just make up accusations about a victim that have no basis in truth, or get a “forensic analyst” who agrees to testify to anything you want. When Clinton found that prosecutors had lost a swatch of the fabric of the girl’s underwear which had the defendant’s blood on it, she took the rest of the underwear and took it some “expert” who agreed to say whatever Hillary wanted him to say.

Both of those things should have gotten Hillary disbarred.

This wasn’t just Hillary doing her best to defend somebody appointed to her. This was Hillary breaking the law and ethics in 2 different ways, and so figuratively raping a 12-yr-old virgin girl who had been in a coma because of the viciousness of the attack against her. And then priding herself on her conduct, boasting on tape.

I guess it was good practice for Benghazi...

Although the prosecution is supposed to represent justice and only bring a true case, there are too many prosecutors bringing forth unreliable testimony and evidence for the sake of their win-loss record and their careers.

No. See my last post. If these claims are true, Hillary should have been disbarred for fabricating “evidence” and for collaborating with an “expert” to produce false testimony. This ISN’T just doing her best to defend someone appointed to her. She broke the law in what she did.

You are correct that it is the job of a defense attorney to zealously advocate their clients cause. This Hildabeast can go practice law and point to this instance as evidence of her success at practicing that profession.

With that being said, this should kill her chances of running for President or even VP. She was not having a serious conversation about the profession, she was laughing about how clever she could be in getting someone she knew was guilty of the most demeaning and cruel crime imaginable off the hook. My Constitutional Law professor was at the time one of the top Supreme Court practitioners in the country, if not the top. He shared a story of successfully defending an individual very early in his career that later committed further crimes. He was deadly serious in this discussion, the obligations we have to be an advocate - but within limits, such as attacking illegally obtained evidence, and for us to recognize the anguish that it can cause us personally (I did not go into criminal law as I really could not deal with that aspect). I don’t think Hillary necessarily considered the limits, and her demeanor in the tape shows how callous she is. That is what will kill her chances, provided the tape and the victim’s story can reach the masses.

Seems like turnabout is fair play. Mitt Romney’s 47% comments were likely presented to the masses far out of the context of that private conversation, and he never did get a good clarification out as such really couldn’t be put in a 5 second soundbite. The rationale was there but would take a whole minute or two to explain. Hillary’s laughing about getting a rapist off the hook should be played over and over again if she runs, to show just what an arrogant and out of touch person she really is at her core.

I’ll add this. Though Hillary broke the law in what she did, the prosecution, judge, and jury were all either imbeciles or corrupt to let her get away with it. For instance, when Hillary claimed that this girl had made previous accusations, the court BETTER have required her to document those accusations - and have Hillary thrown out of the court if they were lies.

If that didn’t happen, then I can’t help but wonder if the prosecutors were in on Hillary’s little career stepping-stone here. “Losing” the key DNA evidence - cutting out a swatch from the underwear and then letting Clinton take the rest.... doesn’t sound professional to me.

A lot of corruption surrounded the Clintons in Arkansas. Bill and Hillary have been dealing in lies and in character destruction their whole lives. And they’ve had a lot of help from a lot of people willing to do ANYTHING to advance themselves or “the cause”.

Thank you for this. There are posters on this and other similar threads who aren’t able to separate Hilary’s acts as defense lawyer (legal or not) and her callous disregard of the victim in subsequent discussions about the case.

Hillary has shown herself to be one of the most ruthless politicians of our era. She has no empathy for her fellow man, least of all for her fellow woman, dozens of whom have been destroyed in order to maintain her and her husband’s political viability.

These traits are on display in this recording of the young Hillary Clinton. Anything is acceptable as long as she comes out the winner.

Compare the young Hillary with the women she became, as seen here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fgcd1ghag5Y

This is at the same time videos of Gaddafi’s rape torture killing were coming to light. Did he deserve to die? Perhaps. But have we ever seen a senior politician display such a flippant attitude about the torture death of a another human being?

This woman deserves to be destroyed, just as she has destroyed others. Anyone who says “She was just doing her job” in regard to the rape case is not seeing the big picture. She will crush her enemies (that’s us) and laugh about it, if we are foolish enough to give her the chance.

We were in probate court for 3 years and had a very good lawyer. He was a bit of a snake but he was OUR snake.
You’re right. It is what they do.

It is also not acceptable (although I suppose legal) to be caught on tape acknowledging the perp’s guilt and laughing about it. Especially when it involves a 12 year old virgin.

I agree. I do not believe though, that it’s legal to be sharing that the perp was guilty. Surely that breaks attorney-client privilege?

And the story differs, one article says Hillary was appointed and another says a friend asked her to defend this rapist and that he’d specifically requested a female lawyer.

I live in Arkansas and never knew Hillary ever tried a criminal case before.

When she was at the Rose Law Firm here in Little Rock she was corporate lawyer, and not a very good one.

This crap of “The Smartest Woman in the World”, is just that carp and a myth.

She was and is a totally inept lawyer as well as Morally and Ethically Bankrupt!!!!!!!!

I agree with your assessment of the Hildabeast’s track record as a lawyer. No one has ever seemed to connect the dots - but if you look at the history of the Rose Law Firm and the whole Webb Hubbell billing fraud issue - the case was about intellectual property and I believe involved patents. If you go to a Martindale Hubbel listing for the firm in that time frame - go through the partners and their areas of alleged practice. Guess who was the only partner (to my recollection - been a while since I had access but did do take a look back in the very early 90’s) that included “Intellectual Property” as a practice area. You got it - one Hillary Rodham Clinton.

I’m not saying she actually had any experience and certainly wasn’t a patent attorney (must have allegedly done trademark or trade secret or copyright perhaps), but as the only partner holding herself out as practicing even close to Intellectual Property, she had to have been knee deep in whatever was going on that Webb ultimately took the fall for.

“”Hillary will not be the candidate. Obama’s disastrous presidency will kill Dems. Hillary is imploding now on her
awful book tour.””

I hope you have a history of always being right as I want so to believe that!! Even without obozo in the picture, she should go down in flames on her own.
