Where is the writer's implied disagreement? I don't see it. In fact, I don't see any editorializing by the writer at all, and I frequently see editorializing in a lot of so-called news stories.
Well, to me the implication is clear, and since it says nothing about a ‘gentrified’ public being interested in justice alone, I assumed the writer’s negative angle.
