The state could always exercise its 10th Amendment rights and ignore the law just like Obama and Holder are ignoring the laws. Round up the illegals and turn them over directly to the Mexican authorities at the border. Make a huge issue of the fact the federal government is not enforcing the law. Then let the case go to the Federal Courts and see if the judges will rule the states have to obey the law but the federal government does not.
Arizona should join Texas in fighting back against the travesty on the border.

Yep. Perry was touting the 10th Amendment during his Presidential run and after.
Greg Abbott (the new Governor of Texas, currently Atty Gen) said on FNC earlier today that they would have boots on the ground, planes in the air, and boats in the water. From what I’ve read, many are crossing the river. I’m not a stratergist, but it seems to me if there are boats in the water where a lot of them seem to be crossing, they can turn them back to Mehico (or at least try to do so), before they reach US soil or waters. Just a thought.
