How long until the Just-Us Department files for an injunction?

This could set the stage for something very very big.

It seems that Colorado has a “State right” to allow pot sales, but Texas may not have a right to it’s own boarders.

This could get really interesting.

Depends on what Perry does. I believe if he puts the NG on the border he would sail into the white house.

Close the border.
Block all federal vehicles.
Take care of the kids who are here then send them back. If they’re parents in other states want to accompany them, let ‘em.

Screw them. Send the Texas Rangers and the Texas National guards to the boarder. Turn those at the boarder around, ones that get through, capture, run through 2 month hard labor camp (building fence?) and then put them back over the boarder.

Why do border states need the feds for this?

Other states should pay Texas to take the illegals they capture and to process them.

We can fix this problem with courage and honor.

It is time to back Obama and the feds down.

DOJ has no authority, Texas Governor Perry has the authority of the Texas Constitution.
