Sounds great but who will prosecute? Holder, I think not. The only chance is if the pubbies grow a spine and regain power, even that scenario would be questionable.

Really, destroying evidence is against the law - - might take a while to get them, but it'll happen. And you're right - not with Holder - he's shamed his office. There's nothing about 'justice' in that office now.
Easily Holder will go down in history as the worst AG the country has ever had... and hopefully the worst we'll ever have... but that said, there's plenty of time to get people who destroyed evidence.
