A student is suing Occidental College in Los Angeles for expelling him after a female student allegedly sent text messages indicating she had wanted to have sex, arranged for a rendezvous, then one week later accused him of sexual assault.
The case is the latest to follow the Obama administrations new effort to crack down on campus rape.
The plaintiff, who filed anonymously as John Doe, said the female student texted him asking if he had a condom, informed a friend she was goingtohave sex (sic) and coordinated a route to his dorm.
Police investigated and decided not to prosecute, but the male student was expelled, because of pressure from the federal government to take action on sexual assault, according to the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education, which is working on the case.

This entire campus rape thing is being orchestrated as part of the War on Women theme designed to get their vote out in the next election.
Occidental? He can transfer from there to Columbia, no transcripts needed.
It appears that they were ahead of the political correctness curve--she had given both solicitation and written consent. /S
This points up some dangers of random sex.
Guys, stay away from girls like this. Stay away from situations which can get you in trouble.
Not defending the girls charging rape, but, just pointing out, in today’s politically correct world, the man can be charged with sexual crimes and assault, even if everything was done by consenting adults.
He must be a privileged majority student
Feminazis got their wish
Wow, the federal government knows everything! I wonder why they consistently f**k things up?
It appeals to a woman’s wiring to have sex in the context of a committed, married relationship,
but being pressured to do otherwise by the leftist perversion of culture.
The two conflicting pressures lead to internal confusion and conflict, leading to having sex then wanting an “out” to justify doing it outside of marriage.
But on the flip side, even if he did not have sex with her he still would have been expelled for having sex with her. He’s a man so he doesn’t get a voice in his own defense.
May as well get laid since you’re going to be paying for it anyway.
(The only way out is to always have an alibi and to never be alone with a woman who is not your wife)
And then the girls get upset because they get treated like sluts or do not get trusted at all.
The horribly ironic thing about all this is that it does real harm to women who have actually been raped, and I mean for real. In an atmosphere in which anyone can cry ‘rape,’ the legitimate claims will be met with skepticism.
It would probably be wiser to not fornicate at all and keep oneself pure until marriage. Doing so avoids a whole slew of issues, not the least of which is spiritual health.
its very simple, if you identify the female as a liberal, walk away
this will save you untold levels of misery
Learn for others mistakes.
I tells this to young college age men all the time. Keep it in your pants, or you will pay through the nose.
I think most people know in their hearts it’s morally wrong to have sex outside of marriage, and so yeah, going ahead and doing it does often lead to internal confusion, conflict, fear of catching a disease or getting pregnant, and abortion. If people really thought the hookup culture was the right thing to do, why do so many of them need to get high or drunk to loosen up?
It’s not like we Christians are trying to prevent people from having “fun”. People are free to do whatever they want. I don’t know of any Christians breaking into bedrooms to punish people. No. It’s not that, it’s that God has shown us the better way to live, and by following His advice, we generally live healthier and happier lives.
More leftist lunacy from the western slope of Fiji Hill. Occidental College is so politically correct that Coons Road, a street on the campus named for the school’s great president Arthur G. Coons had to undergo a name change because his name is considered racist.
And anyone who has ever known a woman who was really raped knows how devastating it can be. It’s an assault against them on the most intimate, physical level, and the physical and mental ramifications can be with them for life.
Real rapists deserve the death penalty.
You would think that women who love their fathers, husbands, brothers and sons would be concerned for their menfolk.
I suppose it is easier for women to imagine themselves and other women as victims of rape than for them to imagine that men they love could ever be falsely accused of rape.
Darn good advice, both of you. Not only does the guy protect himself from situations like this, not only does he protect his spiritual health, but he also protects himself from a number of STDs.
There are more than a few STDs a guy can pick up even if he is wearing a condom.
