Definitely NOT presidential material, but of course you were being sarcastic. Contrary to some posters, I did find the skit to be somewhat funny.
I agree it was amusing. But I’m horrified that anyone contemplating running for the highest office in the land would allow themselves to be publicly humiliated this way.

And he goes along with the “bridge closing” joke at the end of the bit. Ha ha, all in good fun! We’ll all laugh about it at the inauguration.
Note to Gov. Stay-Puft: that bridge closing wasn’t funny. At all. You used your office to intentionally inflict pain on the citizens of your state. It was venal, vicious, and endangered public safety.
