Rice is not only lacks credibility, she exhibits poor character, low intelligence, a lack of commonsense, and is poorly educated. But I am biased and one of her defenders.
She is either selling herself for power or she is to stupid to know that she is being used.
Either way she has no credibility with anyone who has an IQ about that of a rock.
