This President can not be impeached. As the first black President he has a unique place in history and no politician in his right mind would vote for impeachment.

I agree.

Then, fine, do not impeach.

Ignore.

Refuse to follow his orders. If he demands you fired, simply refuse to go. Contact Congress instead.

Obama wants to run over us in governing? Fine, Congress can simply start acting unilaterally as well.

*** A prudent man would have also taken advantage of the expiration of the 1994 ban in 2004 and went as hog wild as he could,***

I should have bought all those rifles, when I had the money, before George Bush I stopped the import of them. Wish I had a Daewoo or an Austrian AUG.

Now I can’t afford to pop a primer on anything!

What do you mean “Banned”? If someone wants one, offer some money and make the swap! It is private Property, but is not legal in a Police State.

"We need that anonymous gazillionaire to open the 2nd Amendment Bank of America."

Yes. We also need millions of anonymous small, medium and large investors in the USA to stop putting their money into India (that Wisdom Tree ad on Fox makes me want to puke), Brazil and China, and start investing in AMERICA! We need anonymous financial houses to create funds to invest in American pop culture, so we can de-program the pop culture lobotomized generation that's going to be running this country starting in about 10 years. We need millions of anonymous Americans to get over their aversion to social networking and all things Generation.com, and learn how to communicate with them. After all, they're the ones who are going to be raiding our retirement accounts to pay for Obamacare and gloBULL warming initiatives, once we're too old to do anything about it.

Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!

Colorado, too. But no matter. We're not abiding by it.

Realistically, unless the firearm was purchased from a dealer after the date the law went into effect, they have absolutely no way of tracking when you bought or sold a firearm via private transaction.

If this bastard isn’t impeached after the mid-terms its over for America.

The chances of that happening are the same as having a conservative elected to replace him in the next general election- Zero.

If he would run today, he would be re-elected with ease.

That’s why this admin is actively replacing the important leadership positions within the military and elevating the lawyer positions. Anyone gets out of the left line, they’re gone.

“This President can not be impeached.”

ONLY IF WE THINK SO.

“As the first black President he has a unique place in history “

A bad example, if allowed to escape un-impeached.

“no politician in his right mind would vote for impeachment.”

I disagree.

“If he was impeached and removed from office, race riots would break out”

Maybe. So WHAT?

“we would have President Biden to quell the flames.”

He would be far less effective and far less deletrious than his boss and we can impeach him too - for collaboration.

“We as a country made our bed and we are going to have to sleep in it for two more years. “

We as a country made our bed and we can fix it - by impeaching this bastard as soon as possible. Allow him to get away with impugnity and he has set a dangrous example for even more dangerous villains in the future.

“Win back the Senate and we can at least neuter this autocrat.”

I agree with the first part. As to the second I disagree as Obama has demonstrated he is pefectly willing to government without the Constitution, without popular support, without Congress and without the Courts. He is a tyrant - pure and simple.

As long as long as we believe that, it will be the case.

WILL can achieve EVERYTHING. Lack of will results in failure.

I don’t think he would be re elected with ease, I think it require a lot of work cheating the system, just like it did last time.

But you are right, there isn’t enough political will to stop voter fraud, let alone take on a sitting president.

>>Private sales are banned in Illinois now. Sigh :(<<

Do you really think that would stop a sale between two friends?

You are right to a point, however I’m sure you have been noticing the cultural “changes” that this admin and Clinton’s have made to the military over the years.

Aliens born in other parts of the world are now recruited as foederati, and even illegals can be given this option now.

Don’t think this type of military won’t turn on us? This isn’t your grandpa’s military anymore.

"So drive all the gun dealers out of business by denying them credit access."

Can't be done. Using your own hypothetical, what is stopping the gun club members from providing the capital and opening their own gun store??? It would have not only the gun club members, but the rest of the "gun buying public" as customers. Use the profits to benefit the club.

You’d think big brother could put all this effort towards combating an actual threat, but nooo, they have to put it towards people who only want to be left the hell alone.

This action clearly violates the due process clause of the 5th and 14th Amendments.
There’s a good chance that a federal court will bar this thuggish practice on numerous grounds.

The time line changes but the result doesn’t, the American public wins everytime, normally in about 12 weeks.

Do those predictions take into account the full weight of the US military, plus outside military forces, plus shutting down all long-range communication, plus checkpoints every 20 miles or so? How about drones with FLIR for nighttime?

They didn’t care in ‘34, ‘68, ‘86, or ‘94.

I feel the farming laws are unconstitutional. Those go further back than firearms laws. The government has been stepping over its bounds for well over 100 years. I won’t get into the Civil War.

And what if anything are the Republicans doing to stop this other than sitting around & jerking off?

If you think about this & the answer you get is not a damned thing maybe its time to start rethinking our support for the GOP.
