After Egyptian courts sentenced dozens of Muslim Brotherhood supporters of ousted president Mohammed Morsi to death, and sentenced hundreds more to life, the court defended its verdict by calling the men “demons” who preached Jewish scripture, according to The Guardian.
Earlier this year, after a two-day trial, the Egyptian court sentenced 529 members of the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood to death for the murder of a police officer and other offenses. The court eventually upheld the death sentences for 37 of the Islamist defendants while the remainder had their sentences commuted to life in prison.
The presiding judge, Saeed Youssef, stated this week that “the accused came out of the depths of hell...to plunder Egypt’s wealth, tyrannize its people and they killed the deputy commissioner,” adding that the men were “enemies of the nation” and used mosques to promote the teachings of “their holy book, the Talmud,” a series of scriptures on Jewish Law.
There are believed to be at most 200 practising Jews remaining in Egypt. In addition, all the defendants had been accused of support for the Muslim Brotherhood, a group associated with rabid anti-semitism – although many defendants say they had nothing to do with the brotherhood or the murder.

This is the kind of tyranny the Founding Fathers were trying to protect America from. Men following Sharia law are essentially making it up as they go along. We had, until recently, a rule of law. Now, the Obama administration, at least, is making it up as they go along. Thus they’ve made at least a dozen “changes” (laws) regarding Obamacare, firing CEO’s of private corporations (GM) and creating carbon credits using regulations. Eventually, if left unchecked, there will be mass killings. (Right now they’re killing using secret waiting lists.)
If they want to blame the Jews for having to whack to Brotherhood, so be it...as long as the Brotherhood is getting whacked, I’m happy - and I’m also proud of the Egyptian people for supporting this.
The Qran is something like the Book of Mormon, superseding the Bible. E.G., Muslims accept Christ as a major prophet, just not as belovèd of Allah as Muhammed, and definitely not divine.
Not only did Muhammed "convert" Moon-God pagans, he did a very thorough job of "converting" the many Jews and Christians in Arabia, at least those who lived in the towns he sacked and survived, not to mention those whose caravans he plundered, borrowing rituals as he went along.
According to the National Museum in Riyadh, it was a Christian monk who first recognized Mo as a a prophet. early on, Mo also had an "Egyptian exile," and a Christian wife, as well as a Jewish wife. Islam is very much a syncretic religion, with its own mixture of practices and beliefs borrowed from other faiths.
Of course, their "conversion" methods were a little more rigorous (or shall we say militant?) than most. Think of Muhammed as a St. Paul leading the Hole in the Wall Gang or Quantrill's Raiders.
